CLEP AI Foundation is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may use the platform to study for CLEP exams and take practice tests. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users.

No Warranties

CLEP AI Foundation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice test content exactly mirrors official CLEP exam content, or that use of the platform will result in a passing score. CLEP exams are administered by College Board, an independent organization with which we have no affiliation.

Intellectual Property

All content on clepaifoundation.org — including practice questions, subject guides and platform design — is the property of CLEP AI Foundation. You may not copy, distribute, or republish content from this platform without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
