Start practice testAbout this exam
The exam covers organisation and human resources, operational aspects of management, functional management, and international and contemporary issues.
Content ranges from classic management theory to practical topics such as staffing, motivation, control systems, quality and strategy.
Questions are mostly conceptual and often ask which approach fits a described situation, so understanding trade-offs matters more than memorising definitions.
